You trust Mom OS with the tender stuff, your kids, your money, your pets, your tired days. Here is exactly how we treat it, in plain words.
Three promises first
We never sell your data, or your family’s. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
Your kids’ and pets’ details exist only to help you care for them. They are never used for advertising or profiling.
Voice only listens when you ask. Recordings are transcribed, used for your request, and deleted.
What we collect
Only what the app needs to work for you.
What you add. Lists, meals, bills, reminders, and the profiles you create for your kids and pets.
Account basics. Your name, email, and device type, so we can sign you in and keep your data synced.
Voice requests. Processed to carry out what you asked, then deleted. Never used to train anything without your explicit opt-in.
How we use it
To run your Today, plan your meals, track your bills, and remind you gently. We also use anonymized, aggregated patterns to make the app better. That is the whole list. No ads, no selling, no sharing with data brokers.
About your kids
Kid profiles belong to your account, not to your child. We collect nothing from children directly, and we never use their information for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond helping you care for them. Delete a profile and it is gone from our systems within 30 days.
How we protect it
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to the few people who need it to support you, and every access is logged. If anything ever goes wrong, we will tell you plainly and quickly.
Who we share with
Only the service providers that keep Mom OS running, such as cloud hosting and payment processing, under contracts that hold them to this policy. If you invite a partner or caregiver to your household, they see only what you choose to share. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your choices
Export everything you have added, any time, in a readable format.
Delete your account from Settings. Your data is fully erased within 30 days.
Ask us anything at privacy@osmom.app. A person answers, usually within two days.
